Cancellation & non-attendance policy

To provide the best care and accommodate all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.

If you cancel, reschedule, or do not attend your appointment without providing at least 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged. This policy helps us maintain a high level of availability and commitment to all clients.
